What Nonsense

The government just banned smoking from public and private places. Public places include restaurants, cafe's , pubs, discotheques but for some god forsaken reason streets or parks are not included. Smoking is also banned from private buildings. A fine of Rs. 5000 per person will be collected from the company of which employees found smoking on company premises.

I say What fucking nonsense, the government is justifying this by saying they want to save the future of India. Save India and don't pretend to be saving. From what I gather there are so many major issues that everyone comfortably ignores but want to enforce this rule so everyone involved can make an extra buck.

Floods in Bihar, Rising prices tell me this the crude oil prices have gone down by 30% since the hike in prices of petrol and diesel. Why is this reduction not reflected in prices to consumers ? Man o man this makes me so mad, wht about the environment, nobody apart from the NGO's actually took intrest in trying to save the waters during Ganesh Chaturti. The governement actaully needs to do something good to prove that they are doing something good, just pretending of wanting to care will not help.

They are not worried about the illetereacy nor are they worried about corruption nor about the common man. All they are worried about is how to mint more money. I say fuck you government, let us live our lives. What are they going to do next ban alcohol from pubs and bars ? common man give me a break. If they are so worried about tobocco how come this ban does not include gutka. I bet 80% of the government babu's consume gutka and what not. How is that allowed.

They talk about passive smoking, its not like someone is smoking in someone's face. If the non smoker is present in a place where there are smokers it is by his own choice and will. No one forced a non smoker to go to a pub or discotheque to consume passive smoke he is there by choice and there by understanding the fact that there will be smoke in pub. Thats the reason pubs are for.

I know me shouting here like this wont make a hell of a difference but have to atleast get this out. Maybe there are more like me trying convey their feelings to governement.

-Peace.
